Kia ora, I’m Wendy. I’ve always been passionate about helping people find their potential and purpose—not just to get through hard times, but to create lasting change that makes life feel more meaningful and fulfilling.
In 2023, I was diagnosed with Triple Negative breast cancer, and I would say this was my turning point in life. This experience prompted me to reevaluate everything. I believe the healing journey I am on (because it continues!) has deeply shaped the way I offer cancer support to others. I now understand anxiety, depression, and mental health on a whole new level—the fears, the grief, and the search for a “new normal.” A significant part of my work now involves walking alongside women during their own diagnosis, recovery, and healing journeys, addressing not just physical challenges but also relationship issues and fostering self-development.

Whether you’re navigating a difficult life transition, dealing with anxiety and depression, carrying unspoken grief, or wanting to feel more balanced and purposeful, my role is to support you with compassion and practical tools.
I offer two main programs as well as one-off counseling sessions.
My 1:1 program, called Moving Forward, is a 3-month journey designed to provide cancer support for women who have completed treatment. It helps them find their confidence, reconnect with their bodies, and discover what life looks like now. This program focuses on emotional healing, letting go of guilt, and finding hope again.
Additionally, I offer a 6-week self-paced program called Divine Balance, which supports women seeking peace and purpose in their lives. This program helps them feel grounded and calm in their bodies while figuring out what's next for them.
Alongside these programs, I also provide 1:1 sessions for clients facing various challenges, including:
- Anxiety & depression
- Pre & postnatal support
- Loss & grief
- Relationship issues & communication challenges
- Workplace concerns
- Self-development & goal setting
- Planning for the future
- Creating life balance
I understand that the thought of meeting with a stranger to discuss deeply personal issues like anxiety, depression, or relationship issues can feel overwhelming. That’s completely normal.
My role is to create a safe, welcoming space for you to explore your mental health without the need to wear a mask. Together, we’ll delve into whatever has brought you here, whether it's cancer support or self development, and I’ll provide you with empathy, clarity, and practical strategies.
If you’d like, we can start with a free 20-minute chat to see if we’re the right fit for each other.
